Affordable, climate controlled, clean storage buildings. Got all different sizes and the building was recently renovated. Definitely would recommend this storage place to people especially who live in downtown Bristol area. Very sweet lady who works at the front desk she will take care of anything you need.

I have rented a unit in this facility for well over a year. My previous storage facility was infested with mice. So I had to move. Downtown Storage in Bristol Tennessee is an extremely clean indoor storage facility. I have never seen mice or mice droppings there and I have been to my unit in the mornings, afternoons and at closing time. Once the manager, Toni, asked me to check my unit for any evidence of mice as she had discovered a unit full of food items. She asked me to please let her know if I saw any evidence of a mouse and she would promptly take care of it. Fortunately, I never did and believe me I looked through my entire unit. I can certainly see why mice would seek out such a smorgasbord. What were those people thinking? Please don't store food in your unit where ever you rent. I thought the office manager acted responsibly and showed concern for her storage facility renters. That's why I like it there. You can feel comfortable about your items in storage when you have such a proactive manager and staff. Thanks!

Bristol Downtown Storage is the place to go! Amazing customer service. And I’ve been renting a unit for months and never encountered bugs/mice anything. I’ve never had to worry about my things! I know they maintain pest control I’ve seen the spray guys there more than once and also that was the first question I asked before choosing to rent a unit there. So check them out!
